Ichiban Japanese Steak House has been open in Winnipeg since 1973. The beautiful, pagoda-style entrance invites customers to a comfortable Japanese setting. (Dress attire ranges from jeans to suits.)
Ichiban is located in the Heart of Downtown Winnipeg, across the street from the Winnipeg Convention Center. Validated parking is available after 5:30 pm at the Delta Hotel.

Teppanyaki Style:
Enter our exotic garden and enjoy the artistry and showmanship of teppanyake, where skilled chefs prepare sizzling steak, lobster, shrimp, scallops and tender chicken right at your table.
Sushi:
The Japanese have long known that Sushi is a great delicacy. At Ichiban, prime slices of the freshest seafood, roe and vegetables are fashioned into bite-size morsels and are served on canapes of seasoned rice. Over 30 varieties of sushi, sashimi, and rolls are offered, along with any special requests that may be your favorites.
The delicious food and entertaining show have made Ichiban a favorite dinner destination in the Winnipeg area.
