Ichiban Japanese Steak House & Sushi Bar began in 1973 with the opening of its first location in Winnipeg. Since then, locations in Minneapolis and other cities have opened and invited guests to enjoy experience the artistry and showmanship of Teppanyaki. Our sushi offerings, prime slices of the freshest seafood, roe and vegetables, are fashioned into bite-size morsels and are served on canapes of seasoned rice.
